Can I customized my own bouquets?
Absolutely! Every bouquet and arrangement is designed just for you. Share your preferred flowers, colors, or style, and we’ll craft a one-of-a-kind creation that suits your occasion perfectly.
Do you offer same-day delivery service?
Yes, we do! For orders placed before 12 noon, we provide same-day delivery within our delivery zones.
How can I place an order besides the website?
You can also simply reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Our team will assist you in selecting and finalizing your order quickly and conveniently.
Can I pick up my order at your store?
Yes, self-pickup is available! You can collect your order fresh and ready at our store, located at The Vow Floral Design. Our team will ensure your flowers are beautifully prepared for a smooth and convenient pickup experience.
Which areas do you deliver to, and are there any delivery charges?
We deliver across the Klang Valley and surrounding areas. For areas outside our standard zones, please contact us—we may be able to arrange special delivery with flexible charges.
What are your delivery hours, and can I select a specific time?
Our standard delivery hours are 10AM – 6PM, Monday to Sunday. You can select your preferred delivery time when placing your order. While we strive to meet your requested time, please allow for slight flexibility depending on traffic and order volume.
Do you offer surprise deliveries?
Of course! We love creating memorable moments. Simply provide the recipient’s details and any special message, and we’ll make it a delightful surprise.
What payment methods do you accept?
For website orders, we currently accept online banking transfer only. Kindly send us the proof of transaction so we can proceed with preparing your order.

For in-store purchases or delivery orders, we accept credit/debit cards, online banking, e-wallets, and cash on delivery (where applicable), ensuring your purchase is smooth, secure, and hassle-free.

How can I care for my flowers to make them last longer?
Our carefully selected blooms are chosen for their freshness and longevity. Most bouquets last 5–7 days, while some premium varieties can last up to 10 days with proper care. To keep your flowers looking their best:

  • Trim stems at an angle every 2–3 days.
  • Change the water daily and keep the vase clean.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or drafts.
  • Remove any wilting petals or leaves promptly.
